Peace’s Lunch Bunch is a social group. Monthly activities are coordinated by Grace Lloyd.
2022
In 2022, the Lunch Bunch enjoyed lunch at local restaurants, covered dishes, pizza and a movie in the Fellowship Hall, and played bingo. They traveled by bus to Hunterdon Hills Playhouse for a dinner and show.
In December, they boarded the train to Philadelphia, attended a luncheon and enjoyed a Philly Pops Christmas Concert at the Kimmel Center.
2023
For the first half of 2023, the Lunch Bunch has continued to visit different area restaurants, toured the historical Richland Library in Quakertown, and planned a bus trip to see the Philadelphia Phillies on June 10th.
In November, the Lunch Bunch took a tour of the Pearl S. Buck in Perkasie and ran into Pearl’s adopted daughter, Julie Henning, author of “A Rose in a Ditch.” She even posed for a photo with them!
In December, the Lunch Bunch gathered for lunch and to watch the movie, “It’s a Wonderful Life”.
