Ministry Teams

The Worship Committee and Faith & Fellowship Committee usually meet monthly to discuss and plan for faith development of all ages, worship service details, opportunities for spiritual growth within our congregation and fellowship activities for all our members and friends here at Peace. Outreach is an important part of our mission here at Peace. The Outreach Team and volunteers from the congregation are always busy reaching out to the community and other organizations in need through activities and projects, such as:

• The Welcome Church in Philadelphia

• Perkasie Fall Fest & Community Day

• Trunk or Treat Festivities held at Peace Lutheran Church

• Christmas Tree Lighting Event in downtown Perkasie.

Join our team and join in the fun! We meet lots of new people, enjoy sharing God’s Love and His Word with others and partake in some enjoyable events to spread friendship and fellowship to our greater community.

The Property Committee oversees needs we have at Peace that have to do with our church building maintenance and upkeep of the surrounding grounds and parking lot for our church. If you are handy or would just like to lend a hand with odds and ends, we could always use the extra help.

The Mutual Ministry Committee consists of a small group that acts out of a concern for the pastor, the lay workers, and the congregation. The primary functions of this team include providing annual evaluations for staff, and support in conflict resolutions, as well as providing a confidential support group for anyone within the congregation.
