Vendors

Vendor Setup time 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM

Vendor vehicles are allowed in the vendor area for set up only between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM the day of the event. No vendor or delivery vehicles will be allowed in the display areas after 9:30 AM on the morning of the event.

If you registered for a paved parking lot space, you’re responsible for the set-up and tear-down of your own pop-up tent/canopy (limited to 12′ x 12′).

No refunds for vendor cancellation. The craft show is a rain-or-shine event.

Visit our registration website to sign up to be a vendor. Upon successful completion of your payment and form submittal, we will reserve your space and reach out to you with any additional information.

Pavilion Spaces

Spaces 1 through 20 Tables under the pavilion (See floor plan) 

  • Peace provides an 8-foot by 30-inch table and folding chair(s)
  • Vendor has 4 feet behind the table to operate
  • Table length and shape as designated on plan
  • Corner spaces 1, 5, 6, 10, 11, 15, 16 & 20 have an additional 4 to 6 feet of table length

Pavilion spaces:    Tables in the pavilion provided by Peace with chair(s)

  • 8-foot table: $30.00 (12 available)
  • 12 Foot L shaped table foot corner table: $40.00  (8 available)

Paved Spaces

Spaces 21 through 57  Open paved spaces  (See floor plan)

  • 12 ft x 12 ft paved space
  • Vendor provides their own tables and canopy up to 12’ x 12’
  • Accessible to public on one side only
  • Electricity is available on a limited number of sites upon request (Spaces 21-24 & Spaces 47 through 51)
